These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OSAgent (the “Service”), a workspace-intelligence platform operated by OptimagineAI (“we,” “us”). By creating a workspace, connecting an integration, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

OSAgent observes the work signals you explicitly connect — such as Slack messages, GitHub activity, Google Calendar metadata, documents, and meeting transcripts — and converts them into a traceable, citation-backed memory and intelligence layer for your team. The Service is currently offered as an early-stage product and may change, and features may be added or removed.

2. Accounts and access

Workspaces are provisioned by an operator or administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized by your organization to connect any data source you connect.

3. Your data and connected integrations

You retain all rights to your data. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. When you connect a third-party service (Google, Slack, GitHub, and others), your use of that service remains subject to that provider’s own terms, and you represent that you have the right to authorize OSAgent’s access. You may disconnect any integration and delete its data at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights;
• connect data you are not authorized to share;
• attempt to access another workspace’s data;
• reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service;
• use the Service to monitor individuals’ productivity or for surveillance.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by OptimagineAI and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. OSAgent generates intelligence from your data and may be incomplete or inaccurate; you are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it for decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OptimagineAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
